The 酴圖弝け Fitness and Recreation Center (FRC) is a hidden gem with something for every age and fitness level.
Freshly renovated in 2020, the center boasts a Functional Fitness Room designed to improve everyday movement, a Spin Studio, TRX classroom, and an innovative Fitness on Demand studio where visitors can choose from dozens of virtual classes at the touch of a button.
But dont forget the pools. We have three of them! A lap pool, a leisure pool fitted with a slide and dive well and a therapy pool.
Beyond swimming, youll find a full weight room, cardio equipment, racquetball courts, gymnasium space, pickleball setups and a variety of group fitness classes ranging from water aerobics to self-defense. Daily, monthly and annual memberships are available, making it easy to fit the FRC into your lifestyle.
We proudly welcome our entire community, including 酴圖弝け students, employees, and surrounding neighbors, to enjoy our great facilities, says Shane Bishop, Fitness & Rec Center manager.
